Award-winning travel healthcare agency Trustaff Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with breathing difficulties related to conditions such as asthma, emphysema, chronic respiratory diseases, or emergency trauma.
• Perform diagnostic tests as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop a treatment plan.
• Show extensive knowledge of physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
