Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $1,604 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Respiratory Therapists for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in Hartsville, Tennessee. This is a 13-week travel contract with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families through assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation.
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance on respiratory equipment.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
• 1–2 years minimum acute care experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle a multi-task environment
• Basic PC skills (Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment)
