About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians.
- Train and educate patients and their families on proper breathing techniques and equipment usage.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
