About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries.
- Assist with medication administration and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience as an RN.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Ohio.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of step-down care protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
