Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown Intermediate Care

About the role

This Unit provides care to the following types of neuroscience patients: Back and Neck surgical patients, Epilepsy patients, All neurosurgeries (brain, pituitary, etc.), Stroke patients (surgical and non-surgical).

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with various neurological conditions.
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification.
• Two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required.
