Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions as needed.
Demonstrate professional practice standards: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate.
Act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
At least 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med‑Surg, Tele, and PCU.
At least 2 years of recent clinical experience for specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
Maintain required specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC) and obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
