About the role

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks experienced Registered Nurses for short‑ and long‑term assignments across the health system. The position offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility, with nationwide and regional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele, or PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, or Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials for specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications obtained through the American Heart Association.
