Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
- Prior work experience in North Dakota strongly preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and resident-centered care approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment.
Assignment Details
- 13-Week Travel Contract.
- Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- 8-Hour Shifts.
- 40 Hours Per Week.
- Every Other Weekend Required.
- Potential need for multiple travelers.
