About the role
This is a high-acuity role requiring strong critical care skills and flexibility to float to other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Manage titratable drips and mixing/administering critical medications
- Adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Floating to ER and Med-Surg as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience
- ER and Med-Surg experience required
- Active RN license (in good standing)
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- AHATNCC preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with ventilators
- Strong patient hygiene and bedside care skills
Skills
- Flexibility to float to other departments as needed
