Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality neonatal care to critically ill infants in the NICU
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly

- Provide support and education to families of neonatal patients
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
