Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in labor and delivery units
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for expectant mothers
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective delivery processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Apply L&D skills and pass the Labor and Delivery RN exam for onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Experience and skills in labor and delivery nursing
- Proficiency in patient assessment, monitoring, and emergency response
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
