Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting during night shifts
- Monitor and assess laboring patients, newborns, and postpartum patients
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe care
- Respond to on-call assignments as needed
- Work every other weekend as part of scheduled duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call
- Current BLS certification; NRP or ACLS may be required
- PREFERRED: experience in high-volume units and familiarity with EHR systems
