Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal and maternal health, assess progress, and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license with obstetric or labor & delivery experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour nights).
