Provide home healthcare services to patients in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Document patient care and progress accurately
• Cook up with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience as an RN
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting
