Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience, including six months in home health
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Physical ability to perform duties
- Able to work effectively with diverse teams
