Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions

- Perform charting to meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience, including six months in Home Health
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- PREFERRED: RN-BC certification
- Critical thinking
- Strong communication
- Physical ability to move equipment
- The capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and sensory skills
