Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room at a hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire, United States.

Schedule

• Start date: 09/21/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Shift: 3x12-hour day/evening shifts (9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.)
• Orientation: Up to 16 hours unpaid

Pay

• Weekly pay range: $2,136–$2,298
• Local rate option for eligible local candidates (lower rate applies)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ER using the nursing process
• Assess patients on admission, gathering past medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, and imaging results
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan under physician direction; administer medications and monitor effects
• Continuously monitor patient status, identify changes, respond to emergencies, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; communicate with patients and families while ensuring confidentiality and safety
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and follow-up guidance as appropriate

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume ER/hospital setting and perform essential job functions
