Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in the LTC setting
• Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor clinical operations, staffing, and performance to maintain regulatory compliance
• Uphold patient safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and family members to optimize outcomes
• Prepare for regulatory surveys and ensure adherence to state and federal requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of Washington
• Leadership/management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Ability to manage evenings shifts and on-site operations
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for a 7-week temporary assignment
