Travel Registered Nurse Cath Lab Job

13-week travel assignment in a home healthcare setting starting 09/01/2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the cath lab-adjacent workflow within a home healthcare setting, including pre-procedure and post-procedure activities as applicable
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond to adverse events with appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and contrast agents per physician orders, and document care accurately in the patient record
• Maintain sterile technique, assist with procedures, and support the interprofessional team during interventional activities
• Educate patients and family members on procedures, post-care expectations, and safety considerations; ensure smooth transitions of care
• Complete assignment-specific documentation, verify equipment and supplies, and comply with regulatory and agency policies
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled and coordinate with the team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• BSN degree required
• Cath Lab nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and participate in on-call duties as scheduled
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week travel assignment and perform duties in a home healthcare setting
• Commitment to patient safety, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance

Schedule

• Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
• On-call requirements: 24-hour weekend per month (Saturday–Sunday) and additional on-call as needed (Monday–Friday 3:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.)

Pay

Weekly pay: $2,949–$3,233
