Travel RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - $2,305 per week

Job Summary

Pediatric Dietitian in a healthcare organization responsible for assessing and developing nutrition care plans for pediatric patients with complex diagnoses. This position involves outpatient and inpatient nutritional support, working within a multidisciplinary team, and providing education and counseling to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• MD Dietitian licensure;
• Registration with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics;
• Minimum of a Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field;
• Completion of required coursework, Dietetic Internship, and successful passing of the CDR exam.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional status;
• Develop and implement medical nutrition therapy care plans;
• Provide nutrition counseling and education;
• Document in the electronic medical record;
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds.

Additional Information

• Position requires experience with pediatric nutritional support, including TPN patients, GI complications, and short gut syndrome.
• The role covers outpatient programs and inpatient nutritional support, with some floating possibility until specified date.
