About the role
Performs CT and diagnostic radiology procedures, prepares patients, administers contrast media, and ensures accurate imaging and patient safety following ALARA standards. Operates CT equipment, reviews clinical protocols, assists radiologists with sterile procedures/biopsies, and manages PACS/RIS documentation and image quality. Maintains procedure rooms and supplies while delivering excellent patient care through effective communication, timely response, and adherence to clinical documentation standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Advanced Registry in Computed Tomography (CT) – American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- BLS (required from day one)
