Travel Radiology Technologist - $2,484 per week

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 19, 2026 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The position requires 1 year of experience, BLS certification, ARRT (R) national certification, and state-specific licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain imaging procedures to patients
• Provide reassurance and support to patients as needed
• Follow orders from physicians regarding imaging procedures
• Correctly position patients and adjust imaging equipment
• Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure to patients and self
• Calibrate imaging equipment
• Prepare results for physician review
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Use McKesson PACS system

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) National Certification
• State-specific licensing (if required)

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Skills

• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
