Travel Radiology Technologist - $2,276 per week

Travel Radiology Technologist position in Atlanta, Georgia with Medlock Medical Imaging. Contract duration: 13 weeks, starting 09/09/2026.

About the role

Full-time travel contract (40 hours per week) at an outpatient imaging center. No local candidates within 50 miles.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 5×8-hour shifts per week
• Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to established protocols.
• Properly position patients and operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume imaging environment.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• ARRT – Radiologic Technology (RT) certification required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a very busy imaging center.
