Travel Radiology Technologist - $1,887 per week

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a travel assignment in Statesboro, Georgia. This position requires 1+ years of experience and at least one successfully completed travel assignment.

Assignment Overview

• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 3x12hrs (36 hours per week)
• Openings: 1
• Evening shift schedule: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Radiology department caring for inpatient, outpatient, and ER patients
• EMR system: Cerner
• No call requirements
• No floating requirements
• Scrub color: Hunter Green

Requirements

• ARRT(R) certification and BLS required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience required in radiology
• At least one previous travel assignment completed successfully required
• Graduate of an accredited AMA radiography program
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at this facility within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner and/or Change Healthcare PACS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and other routine diagnostic procedures
• Work under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols to deliver timely diagnostic services
• Collaborate with other professionals within and outside the hospital to support effective patient care
