The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in performing a variety of X-ray examinations and will ensure the highest standards of patient care and image quality. Shift Details Evenings/Nights Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (Friday-Sunday) Hours: 1100 - 2330 Required Qualifications ARRT certification Washington State certification as a radiologic technologist, registered in X-Ray Experience with Shimadzu portable equipment Recent experience in C-arm OR procedures Familiarity with EPIC systems BLS certification Key Responsibilities Prepare for and perform all X-ray examinations, including routine, fluoroscopy, operating room, and portable imaging. Operate and efficiently utilize all X-ray equipment, ensuring adherence to procedures and protocols. Review and evaluate diagnostic images for technical quality and accuracy. Assist Radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures and perform minor procedures under their direction as required. Provide training and supervision to student technologists while assisting clinical instructors. Utilize PACS, RIS, and current EMR systems efficiently while completing necessary documentation for each examination. Comply with all ongoing education requirements set forth by regulatory bodies. Safely assist in lifting and transferring patients using proper ergonomic techniques and equipment as needed. Communicate effectively with patients' family members or caregivers when necessary. Adhere to the principles of ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely to ensure patient safety. Join our team and contribute to providing excellent patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
