Job Summary
Xray Technologist position in San Antonio, TX, performing diagnostic imaging procedures in the MRI Department at a 250-bed hospital. The role involves providing high-quality X-ray services and supporting the radiology team during night shifts, ensuring accurate patient imaging and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Performing X-ray procedures including fluoro and high-volume OR exams
- Supporting trauma cases
- Adhering to unit policies
- Maintaining patient safety
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Basic proficiency in X-ray procedures and equipment
- 0 years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital experience over one year
- Experience with GE equipment
- Fluoro or trauma experience
Additional Information
- Candidate should possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, and flexibility to support unit needs, including potential X-Ray/CT rotation if experienced
