Travel Radiology Technician - $2,667 per week

About the role

MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 12‑week assignment in Morristown, New Jersey, starting 11/02/2026. The position requires 39 hours per week on 13‑hour night shifts as a travel employee.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional guidelines
• Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, procedure, physical and physiological comfort of patient
• Monitor need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedure, etc

Requirements

• 1‑3 years' experience as an X‑Ray Technician (minimum 18 months)
• Experience with GE equipment
• Comfortable working in the OR
• Ability to work independently in a 900‑bed facility

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography school
• NJ State RT License
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification

Skills

• Knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care
• Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice, healthcare informatics, and hardware/software innovations
• Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
