About the role
X-ray Technologist position in a healthcare setting, performing radiologic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. This role involves producing diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and compliance with department protocols for acute trauma and general radiography examinations.
Responsibilities
- Explain procedures to patients
- Prepare and analyze clinical data
- Set up equipment and perform imaging procedures
- Select and administer contrast media
- Ensure radiation safety
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Experience with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma required
- Previous operating room experience required
Requirements
- Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or be registry eligible; if eligible, registry must be obtained within six months of hire
- Healthcare Provider certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 0 years of experience required

Schedule
- Shift: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM
