Radiology Tech – Mammography Tech in Portland, Oregon.

For a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting.
Weekly pay ranges from $2,539 to $2,746 per week with 40 guaranteed hours.
Shift: Days, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized mammography examinations to aid in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease
- Operate and calibrate mammography equipment; position patients and ensure image quality
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines; communicate with patients to optimize comfort and safety
- Complete documentation and relay findings to the radiologist as needed
- Maintain department equipment and participate in routine quality control procedures
- Demonstrate clinical care and sound decision-making during breast imaging procedures
