About the role
This travel opportunity places an Interventional Radiology Tech in a hospital setting in Los Angeles, working a 4x10-hour shift schedule. The assignment begins 08/17/2026 and runs for 8 weeks, with weekly pay in the stated range.
Responsibilities
- Perform, assist, and complete Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations as ordered
- Conduct active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of advanced equipment; produce digital images
- Operate imaging equipment to generate high-quality digital images of designated body portions; position and instruct patients for examinations
- Provide efficient clinical care with strong technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Model and mentor staff; train colleagues on technical skills and share knowledge to support team development
- Participate in before-, during-, and after-care of invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures to treat cardiac and vascular disorders, including device implantation/removal and catheter ablations
Requirements
- Active radiology license as required by state and department
- Relevant radiology certifications as required by role and setting
- Experience in interventional radiology or cardiovascular imaging preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital interventional lab environment with appropriate sterile technique
- Strong communication and patient-care skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
- Eligibility for a travel assignment and the 4x10-hour shift schedule
Pay
Weekly pay: $2,785-$2,896 per week. Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
