Responsibilities

• Set up CT imaging equipment and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic studies
• Perform a wide variety of CT procedures according to department protocols
• Exercise independent judgment and initiative in the use of imaging equipment
• Monitor patient safety and comfort; provide age-appropriate care during exams
• Ensure proper safety practices, accurate documentation, and image quality control
• Collaborate with the radiology team to meet departmental needs and workflow

Requirements

• Active radiologic technologist licensure in Georgia (or eligibility) and ability to practice in a hospital setting
• CT certification or registry eligibility (ARRT) as applicable
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to independently perform CT exams and operate imaging equipment
• Flexible to meet department needs and able to work 12-hour day shifts in a travel assignment
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
