Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job

Travel assignment for a CT Technologist in Meeker, CO. 13-week contract starting 09/08/2026 in a rural Critical Access hospital.

About the role

This is a travel position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift pattern is 3×12-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging and radiographic X-ray examinations according to protocol.
• Position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters to optimize image quality.
• Verify patient identity, prepare and assist patients before procedures, and monitor during imaging.
• Maintain radiation safety practices and minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and results in the imaging information system; communicate findings to radiologists as needed.
• Assist with equipment safety checks, basic maintenance, and room turnover between studies.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Colorado radiologic technologist certification (CT) and ARRT CT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to perform CT and radiographic imaging and to work in a rural Critical Access hospital environment.
• Willingness to adhere to a 3×12-hour shift pattern with weekend coverage and to travel for a 13-week assignment.
• Must reside at least 65 miles away from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,448–$2,605.
