Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join a surgical imaging team for a travel assignment in Huntsville, AL. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong OR experience, particularly in spine and orthopedic procedures, looking to deliver high-quality diagnostic care in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ORMilitary training in Radiologic Technology with full scope of practice
- Proficiency with spine and orthopedic procedures
- Hands-on experience operating OEC C-arms in the OR setting
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in accordance with department protocols and physician orders
- Provide C-arm imaging support during surgical procedures
- Ensure proper operation of radiologic equipment and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and OR teams to ensure safe and efficient imaging workflow
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
