About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Critical Access Hospital in Williston, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Perform general radiography including trauma, orthopedic, OR, long leg, and scoliosis studies
- May assist with transport to other modalities during low-volume periods
- May rotate call approximately 1 in 2–3, shared with staff technologists; includes weekend and holiday call with a 20-minute response time requirement
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Must have a driver’s license for consideration
- Must provide two professional references: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience
- Active ARRT(R) certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted
- Current BLS certification required
- Active ND state license or applicable compact license required at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted — license required if applicable
- Experience with orthopedic views strongly preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Candidates must not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past 12 months
