Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 19, 2026, in San Luis Obispo, California.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments under the supervision of a physician
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in California
- Experience in radiation therapy preferred
- Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
Skills
- Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment operation

Pay
The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is a tax-free stipend to be determined.
