About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Sonora, California.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments under the supervision of a physician
- Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any adverse effects
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in California
- Experience in radiation therapy
- Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Passing score on the state licensing exam
Skills
- Proficiency with radiation therapy equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
