About the role

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week position starting immediately. The shift is 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Missouri
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
• Passing score on the national certification exam
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry

Skills

• Proficient in radiation therapy equipment operation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
