Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Carthage, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Accurately position patients for treatment according to prescribed protocols.
• Document all patient information and treatment details accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Missouri.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Successfully completed an accredited program in radiation therapy.
• Passing score on the state licensing exam.

Skills

• Proficient in using radiation therapy equipment.
• Knowledgeable in radiation physics and dosimetry.
• Ability to maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
