Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a position in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and monitor treatment delivery.
- Document patient information and treatment details accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Maryland.
- Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Skills
- Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
