Travel Radiation Therapist - $2,412 per week
About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 12-week position in Milford, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Continuous clinical experience of 1+ years required
- Demonstrate efficient knowledge of all equipment operation, tools, and procedures specific to assigned area
- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families
- Use appropriate judgment, independent thinking, and creativity to resolve issues and conflict
- Handle sensitive and confidential patient information
- Be proficient in using Radiation Oncology Information Systems and software, including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy preferred
- No experience in lieu of a degree accepted
- Radiation Therapist [State License] - Generic - HR Only required
- Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
- Radiation Therapy [ARRT-T] - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred
Qualifications
Must have to ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information.
Skills
Strong customer service skills, efficient knowledge of equipment operation, tools, and procedures, and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on the pay package, which is based on 11 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
