About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a medical physicist and radiation oncologist.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery using imaging equipment.
- Document patient information and treatment details accurately in the medical record.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience in radiation therapy.
- Knowledge of radiation physics principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Passing scores on the national certification exam.
Skills
