Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a position in Leesburg, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and delivery under the supervision of a physician
• Assist patients with positioning and immobilization techniques
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the physician
• Ensure radiation therapy equipment is functioning properly and is used safely

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Passing score on the national certification exam

Skills

• Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
