LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 14, 2026, at a facility in Bangor, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Maine.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.

Skills

• Proficient in using radiation therapy equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
