Travel Rad Tech - Radiology - $2,005 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire.

About the role

This contract position offers 40 hours per week with 10-hour evening shifts. The role is ideal for an X-Ray Technologist looking to work in a critical care setting with one of our top healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Obtain useful diagnostic details to assist physicians in determining further treatment for patients.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
• Produce x-ray films of parts of the human body for diagnosing medical conditions such as cancer or fractures.
• Instruct patients on appropriate positions to ensure accurate imaging.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations, as well as accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Promote an environment of excellence focused on timely, compassionate, and quality patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Two years of X-Ray Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
