About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves evaluating and providing treatment for patients with various conditions, specifically in orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics. The position includes working as part of an interdisciplinary team and may involve caring for COVID-19 patients in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting 09/14/2026
• 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts
• Monday - Thursday: two days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and two days from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercises
• Utilize various therapy techniques including e-stim, ultrasound, and manual therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current PT License in Pennsylvania or Compact
• EPIC experience is required
• ACLS certification is preferred
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (medical or religious exemptions allowed)
• Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)
