Travel PT Outpatient - $2,088 per week

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week travel contract opportunity in Ludlow, Massachusetts.

About the role

In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. The schedule consists of 8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• One year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
• Must complete drug screen and background screen.
• Supervisory professional references required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 26-week assignment starting 10/05/2026.
• 40 hours per week, daytime shifts (e.g., 08:00–17:00).
