Responsibilities

• Manage individualized treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• One year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Schedule
