About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides rehabilitation services, assessing patients' medical conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families in therapy methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Assess, modify, and evaluate patient progress during therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
• Document patient conditions and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, provide skilled physical therapy interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduated from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Current state licensure or active application process.
• CPR certification required.
