Travel PT Inpatient Rehab - Per Week

Responsibilities

• Developing personalized care plans and providing skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders.
• Assessing patient needs, setting realistic goals, and modifying treatments to optimize recovery.
• Documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduation from an accredited institution and a minimum of one year of experience.
• Current state license or active application process, along with CPR certification.

Key duties

• Conduct patient assessments.
• Establish and execute treatment plans.
• Evaluate progress and ensure documentation accuracy.
