About the role
The LeaderStat is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Hood River, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week.
- 8 hours shift.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
Qualifications
1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
Skills
Experience within the last 2 years within the field of therapy.
